  3. Create smaller goals and benchmarks to measure success

  4. Evaluate unhelpful thinking styles

  5. Evaluate unhelpful habits and routines

  6. Create action steps and measurable plans with your coach

  7. Create systems of support and accountability

  8. Consistent evaluation of progress during coaching sessions

  9. Gradual reduction of support structure to encourage independence
